Golf Course Policies
-
To book a tee time you will have to provide your credit or debit card details using our secure payment process system. Your card details will be held by us as insurance and we will not process any transactions unless you do not adhere to our cancellation policies and fail to check in for your booking.
When you check in for your round of golf, you can choose to pay by cash or credit/debit card. You must check-in in the golf shop before beginning your round.
-
You can cancel your booking on the website by logging in to your account. Tee-times can be found and cancelled under the “Reservations” tab in the “My Account” section.
You can also cancel a tee time by calling the Golf Shop at 713-928-4260.
Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your tee time to cancel or reduce the number of players at no charge. If you do not cancel 24 hours prior to your tee time, you will be charged a no show fee of 30% of the amount of the tee time reservation.
(Example: If you have a tee time reservation for four players, the person who booked the tee time is responsible for all four reservations. If three players show up for a tee time that was booked for four players, then the fourth spot would be considered a “no show” and the person who booked the tee time would be charged 30% of the amount of that tee time reservation.)
-
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed, no charge will be made to your credit/debit card.
-
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.
-
No denim and a collared shirt are preferred. No Metal Spikes. Soft Spikes must be worn.
-

Please note, a raincheck will not be given after Twilight begins
