Houston Golf Association's Junior Golf Program is open to boys and girls ages 12-18. In 2009, it attracted more than 1,100 members. For youngsters to participate in the HGA Tournament Program, they must register to become a member. Registration fee for members is $75 (Performance Series Membership fee is $125). Players new to the program must pass a certification clinic to earn the right to compete in the tournaments. Certification clinic fee is $70. Entry fees for weekly tournaments are $25.
