Opportunities for spring 2010The Houston Golf Association (HGA) is making a difference in the lives of Houston Area youth through golf. Established in 1946 the HGA is a not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to promote the game of golf for the benefit of local youth-oriented charities. Through its PGA TOUR event the Shell Houston Open and other golf-related activities, the HGA has now generated nearly $52 million for local worthy causes in the last 45 years. The Shell Houston Open and the Houston Golf Association have several internship opportunities available to be a part of a major sporting event and also to assist in our year round junior golf programs.
